What is a Provincial Discussion Table?
ETFO members may recall that provincial level discussions took place during the negotiation of the 2008-2012 collective agreements. The forum for those talks was called a Provincial Discussion Table (PDT). The items negotiated during the discussions at the PDT were included in a document called a Provincial Discussion Table Agreement, and those items were subsequently included in every ETFO local collective agreement.
